Please keep your appointments, and please be on time. A missed appointment only compromises your health, and late appointments set the doctor back, causing others to wait the rest of the day. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please call at least 24-48 hours in advance so that others may be scheduled in that time slot.
Please note; If you do not call at least 24 hours in advanced you will be charged the full price of your missed appointment. If you're a new patient, please give 3 day notice of cancelation.
Dr Harper believes that good health is achieved through self-awareness, nutritious diet, moderate exercise, healthy life-style, and a good attitude.
Because of the number of Chemically Sensitive Patients, please avoid wearing scented products of any kind including hand lotion, fabric softeners, hair products, perfumes and colognes to the office.
Billing
Payment for medical services or any products must be paid at time of receipt. Fees may be paid by check, cash, or credit card at time of service. (We do not accept American Express)
At the end of each visit, you will be given a super bill which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not bill insurance companies. If you submit to an insurance company, the payments should go directly to you and not to our office. We do not accept Medicare or Medi-Cal, and we are not an authorized provider for TRICARE.
Appointments
Call 858-755-1126 to schedule an appointment. Initial appointments are scheduled for approximately 2 hours. Please physically bring all vitamins, supplements and medications that you're currently taking to your appointment.
Follow up visits can range from 15 minutes to an hour.
Phone Calls
Your phone call is an important part of our service to you, and we will return all calls as soon as possible. If you call during business hours and you receive a voicemail message, we are on the line with another caller. Please leave a message as we check our voice mail often. If you have not heard back from us by the next business day please leave another message. (In rare cases cell phone messages may not be clear or understandable)
Emergencies
Please call 911 for emergencies or go to the ER or urgent care.
